Kinda easy, just kill any normal boss while doing the elite mode, then roll the coin and pray. Confirmed to work on first and second boss at Endless Spring.

Elite mode means killing the bosses in a different order on the first boss. Does not mean heroic or normal mode.

Elite mode:
Protectors of the Endless (the first boss in Endless Spring raid) drop better gear if you kill Protector Kaolan as the last one. It's called elite mode, because the fight is harder this way. It's like the 3 dwarf in Ulduar, where killing the small one as the last was the elite mode.

Normal Elite itemlevel is 503
Heroic Elite itemlevel is 516

So: With this bug you have a chance to win 516 itemlevel drops with the charm if you kill Protector Kaolan as the last boss on the first encounter in normal mode.

(And i have no idea why did he say it's working on the second boss, it has no elite mode)

In addition, defeating Protectors of the Endless with Protector Kaolan will unlock a new set of loot on Normal and Heroic: Elite. This loot is ilvl 503 on Normal, ilvl 516 on Heroic.

Dude, thats the bug, the exploit in this topic. You get 516 loots from rolling with charms even in normal mode
