This is doable with Shadowstep aswell, just target the mob on the edge from the rock on the right side.

there is a few other ways of getting up here,

you can fly there by disconecting your internet and reconecting it, makes you lag out, and u can fly all the way, Im sure u can find a vid if u google it.

You can also just die right at the edge of the cave front and then fly back in and rez in the cave.

I did this on cata with +5000ms latency and entering into the cave with a flying mount.
