how exactly do you do this? we seem to meet eachother 1/4 of the time by letting the leader dc after queing and logging in again about 1:45-2min in queue

Yep i dont seem to be able to get in the same queue as my other team there must be a better way to do this or do we have to wait till like 4am?

wait until late night / early morning, otherwise no way. were able to boost rating to over 3k, so yes, if you try it, it is possible. after the mid-upper mmr (2.6k~) you wont meet any other teams, queue times were 10 seconds (if not we just left the queue and queued again and got our instant invites),
took ~5 hours. disbanded team, we werent shown at our peak in the ladder as we disbanded quick enough.
Just don't expect to do it at any normal time, you can't, too much people, even at 5 am we met some other teams, after we reached 2.6~ we stopped meeting any other team. Nothing happened until yet,
Friend had the same problem you have, they queue at the evening. Why would you do that? You want to get the moment where, in the best case, NO ONE queues except for you. You can't get 0 other teams, but you can get the fewest possible, which is at 4am-9am during the week, not at weekends of course.

and if you just want to boost mmr of both teams & rating (not usable for teams which should appear legit, even if they arent),
1 win, 1 loss
not 2 win 1 loss 1 win 1 loss
every ****ing time 1 give, 1 take, otherwill you will higher the chance to get other teams, system prefers (not always but often) teams with close mmr, yours will get almost the same. we switched players in our teams to get almost on the same from the beginning, which should be your priority to begin with.
