It's a virus. I went to the page and downloaded it in Quarantine mode. PSW.ILspy is the threat detected. It's a trojan and a keylogger. So if anyone downloaded this... you are officially ****ed. By the way when you click on the link to download it on the website it tries to run the file. So if your AV didn't detect it then you need to fix your shit.
