Actually, you could get in big troubles, using the most free and public proxy services, since they are blacklisted by serious companies like Blizzard, and the CG representative, reviewing your ticket will see "Someone" using proxy IP, and could lock the account for ownership verification.
So, even if its known method, already reposted enough times, do it with gently.
