when you have lvl88 you can just que for LFD "Mogu'shan palace" then die and ress by nearby spirithealer..... easy way

There's no mage port for pandaria. The spell you linked was never implemented.

I had my alts just jump off the wall that leveled through gathering/dungeons. No mobs, since everything was phased.

If spell isnt in drop down menu from portals, then you can make a macro

/cast Teleport: Vale of Eternal Blossoms
/cast Portal: Vale of Eternal Blossoms
