Frost Mage Pet AOE Freeze CD Reset

As title says a way to reset the cd of the water elementals frost nova ability

step 1 start casting summon water elemental while you have one summoned
step 2 before the summon finshes casting use pets said ability
step 3 cd is reset

before people say this is useless it can be used to get a 2nd fingers of frost which can be useful in arena and raids when setting up a alter time burn phase

agreed it would be useful. but basically only in that situation. and also in that environment, losing a pet summon by effectively wasting it can hurt.
