Yeah, Ironpaw tokens can be bought from Danky or Krystel for 1 SoH. They can also be obtained by using the Repeatable quest Replenish the Pantry using what is most likely the cheapest ingredients to convert (golden carp on my server).

I clicked the links and it shows both of the npcs one being at the shrine of the two moons and the other at the shrine of seven stars >_>

FYI keep in mind that golden carp require SIXTY per token instead of 20. they may not be the cheapest due to a 3 to 1 ratio to the other fish types.
