because almost every hardcore guild raids in 25m, ofc they would clear instances very fast, but it is much harder for semi-hardcore or lower-skilled statics. In 10 man only Paragon and Intervention was going for hardcore progress for real.

Hes right though. 4 voodo dolls 25man compared to 3 in 10man. also increased chance of shadowbolts hitting voodoo doll targets bc of less players. i donts say its too hard in 10 man, but its clearly easier in 25man (as stated by blizzard)
