Flying Gnome Pirate!

Confirmed this works as a Druid 100% of the time. Not sure about other classes.

Requires Burgy Blackheart's Handsome Hat which is a 100% drop from a rare mob in Shimmering Expanse (Vashj'ir).

Once you have the hat equipped and have the pirate Gnome shapeshift, pop into Flight Form and fly into a CRZ. (I used Stormwind -> Elwynn)

After the few seconds freeze you should now be flying through the air as a Gnome Pirate! You do however only move at walking speed.

The buff appears to stay on constantly from zone to zone - I went from Stormwind to Booty Bay - but not sure if it drops off going back into Stormwind from Elwynn. (Hearthstoning keeps the flight, even indoors) Also seems everyone can see you as I had someone whisper me who had flown past me asking what was going on.

Edit - You can also cast, and change into various other forms (Cat, Bear, Travel, Caster) without losing the ability to fly.
