    Share the Sha tag

i did a search for this and didnt find anything so if it is a repost i appologize

what happened was my servers a high pop so tagging sha can be a bitch

so how this works is your group gets tag hit it a few times leave then start inviteing other people. the bar was grey for me at first then turned red after a few min(assumeing a pally hasnt execution sentence buged it and one shot it)

but the guy got the tag left his party invited my guildy he invited the rest of us and we all got the tag as well

    enjoy shareing the wealth

For anyone who is confused what he means, I'll try to clarify it.

Normally, you can only have 40 people in a raid, and only those 40 people can share the tag of the boss in question, so only those 40 people will get loot. If you get removed from the raid, your tag is not nullified (You will still get credit). You can also join in on the tag after the boss has been pulled by getting invited to the raid and hitting the boss; Leaving after getting your tag in will still allow you to get credit and loot. So theoretically, you could invite anyone that wanted to loot to the raid, have them hit the boss, and kick them out.

This should work with either world boss in mists of pandaria.
    KuRIoS is awesome!

I tought there is a fix amount of loot, like 4-6/kill. I know, you get a bag, not loot, but im 100% sure there is zero chance to everyone get a loot from that bag, so there must be a hidden restriction which reduces your chance. So more people = less loot. Did you ask around after that 5x40 man kill that how many loot dropped?

We kill it with 25-35 man and get the same amount of items as with 40.

So this exploit sounds retarded to me.

I have to say the power is with the OP on this. His headline does not say. GET MORE LOOT ON SHA. He says share the TAG. Which it does. That gives you credit for the down, And gives you a loot bag. And unless you can confirm with FACTS that you get less chance of a loot drop then your argument is void. +rep when I can

me n my guild beleive the claw is limited to 40 loots like only 40 ppl on the tag can have it. this is basically for larger servers for more then 1 40 man to get the bag and the loot is totally random any ways (teir and pvp gear wise)

unless some one has screenshot of double loot in a 20m useing th epally bug prefix VS a full 40 man now im sticking with random loot is random

What you also should keep in mind, which I am not sure the OP managed to express properly, is that if you are in the tag group, you can leave the group and invite other players to a NEW raid. They will all get the tag, even though they are not invited to the original tag group, but a new group created by a player who just left the tag group.

Knowing this, if you want to do Sha with friends and guildies, I suggest you try to spread over all the raids being created. The one who is in the raid that gets the tag leaves, invites the rest of his friends to the new group (and as many other random people he/she wants, depending on how nice he/she is ^^).
    Everyone is happy.

Enjoy while it lasts! Blizzard might not be ok with the thought of more than 40 people getting loot each kill. But who knows, maybe they dislike the negative atmosphere around Sha of Anger so much they let it stay like this! (Let's just hope ^^ )

Everyone will get the quest item and the bag - but you wont be able to flip a coin for more loot by doing this. Confirmed as of last night.
