[Mage] Double Pet Freeze

Hi friends,

Currently if you start summoning a new water elemental and use its pet freeze right before the summon is complete, the freeze will still be off cooldown when the new elemental is summoned. I found this little gem while in a battleground and it has been pretty useful considering the low cast time to summon a water elemental.

As an opener: Summon Water Elemental and 80% Through Pet freeze -> Shatter -> Deep Freeze -> Shatter -> Pet Freeze -> Shatter

This is an exploit considering if you pet freeze and then summon a water elemental the freeze will still be on cooldown.
