Sha of Anger: Spawns every 2 hours. You get one "free" chance at loot from him the first time you kill him in a week, plus one extra chance everytime you kill him for each Elder Charm of Good Fortune you use.

Salyis's Warband ("Galleon"): Spawns every few days. You get one chance at loot every time you kill him, plus one extra chance everytime you kill him for each Elder Charm of Good Fortune you use.

You must be in the raid that tags these to get loot. Sha of Anger can be cross-realmed, but Salyis cannot (you get no loot if you don't kill him on your realm).

I believe it is a variable, I'm sure it was close to 2 hours between respawn once & closer to 4 another time. Most of the rares have a variable to stop people from knowing exactly when to be there.
