Xrealm rare\pet farm

Today i was looking for sambas a rare pet hunter from Twilight Higland. This pet isn't there so i decided to try something. I invited myself trough another account on another server and bam.. sambas was there. I tryed with other mobs right now but i only finded Karoma even in twilight after switching. I don't have finded any info after using search engine so hope you enjoy it.

That's an awesome little find. So if u multibox or open several test accounts u can camp them at spawn locations on as many servers as possible.

I hope someone can try this with rare spawn mobs as its quite curious.

I can't be bothered with all that but good luck to all.

The final issue is thus. Is this an exploit or would be considered one? Possibly something blizzard would want to prevent. nice1

an afterthought. Did you invite from the realm without the pet or from the realm with the pet. This may affect things. For example, you invite from the realm without the pet and it despawns.

then it will work with rare mobs and possibly something blizzard will consider for future. Do they want individuals camping multiple servers?

I guess if rare mob achieves are account bound like they are then it is intended.

It works as intended ? btw it's good to farm mats too. i just farmed shitload of ores just staying in 1 place and let my friends inv me over 7 8 servers. 1 good on eu is Azuremyst. Literally noone on this server ahah.
Btw i invited main account on a server with the pet with my alt and he spawned in the main account too. You can farm the mount in deepholm too with this thing. =)

edit. I know that's called CRZ but i think that's a smart use of it and i don't think blizzard will allow you farm mount\rare in this way ^^.

Doesn't matter if this is how they intended the use of CRZ it IS working as intended and you don't exploit in anyway.

and unless you can post a blue post saying this is not intended, it is intended.

It's working as intended. GC even commented during Reddit AMA on farming rare mounts, such as TLPD, camel, Aeonaxx, saying this only promotes competition. I don't see how rare hunter pets are an exception to this. The entire zones are CRZ'd, so that covers all mobs inside, including rares.

Not an exploit, you go to another realm using the cross realm zones. I thought this would be common sense.

I thought they said that this was not intended and that they were going to fix the ability of being able to switch servers like this? I will post the link if I can find it, but it specifically states how people were using CRZ to farm the Darkmoon Rabbit and whatnot.

the exploit was they were farming like 20 servers in a short amount of time hence they fixed it.

if you have a friend of someone to invite you to a group from another server that is of equal or higher level than you then you can go there if you happen to find a rare there well good luck to you but its not really an exploit.
