I've found out a way to do this exploit in Pandaria
1: Put on Burgy Blackheart's Handsome Hat
2: cast Flight Form
3: Have a level 90 on another server invite you to a group, Triggering CRZ, You should now be a flying gnome.

Leaving the group keeps the fly effect, Hearthing into the main Pandaria city does as well.
