Great exp farm, 80-85 - Perhaps afk

Hey guys.

So i was doing Stonecore today with an alt, and we came across this bug. Where lots of Rock borers spawn.

After the first boss, you come to this place where you can find packs of Rock Borers []Rock Borer - NPC - World of Warcraft.
Right when you step into the cave where they are, you'll see 2 Stonecore Flayers []Stonecore Flayer - NPC - World of Warcraft to the left.
Kill the 2 Stonecore Flayers, and Rock Borers will spawn.
AOE down the Rock borers, as you do kill them, more will spawn.
Keep AOE them down.
We did this for perhaps 3-4mins, and they kept spawning.


Now, i don't think they give great exp. Around 150exp, but seeing we were 5 people, it might have been shared.
It may not be a great deal if they only give 150exp.
However, i thought i'd share it either way, as i know people can use their imagination to do great stuff with this exploit.

Perhaps bot it afk, etc.

I'm actually sorry for writing "GREAT" exp farm. Feels like i'm false advertising if it's not giving more exp if you do this alone.

They have kept respawning for as long as i can remember, with low xp. Random slow groups and you always get several "respawns" of these.
imo this should be a guide. You arent actually doing anything and they have kept spawning for the longest time.

As i see it, it feels as an exploit tbh.
May not be a very good place to farm, if the exp is 150~ (hoping it will be more if you're alone).
But the fact that they respawn at the same place might make it to a decent afk place to farm exp.
Just saying.

Only thin u need is a key bind that automaticly does an AoE attack. They have low HP and die fast.

I'm curious what the solo exp/mob is. 150 is way to low to farm :-) But as an afk spot it's okay.

Yeah, just my thoughts. If you can afk this, it might be a decent place.

I'd like to set up an auto aoe macro to try this on my lvl 80 hunter. Anyone able to help me out with this please.

150 xp per mob is pretty bad. If you want to level a character using this tactic go to Deepholm and the to the Verlok Village. It is high up and not the area on the ground where infinite troggs are running. Make sure you are high up. My preferred spot is a stone bridge. On each side of the bridge will be at least 12 mobs. Take 30 seconds tops to kill them,
then AoE loot and go to the other side of the bridge and do the same thing there. Then go back to where you killed the first set if mobs. The mobs here respawn insanely fast. Took 23 minutes to level a hunter for 82 to 83.

I prefer a frost DK for howling blast. If you glyph dark succor use death strike when health becomes an issues and there will be zero downtime for health reasons.

As an added bonus use potion of treasure finding and you can easily make 2.5k an hour doing this as well.

I've seen several classes get "roflstomped" by those mobs at 85, the mobs do spawn insanely fast which is their only downfall and can cause you to get overcrowded and die. Pallys/Hunters/Warriors/DK's shouldn't have that much of a problem though. But still be weary.
Generally I AOE mobs around Stonehearth - Deepholm (around 27.1 . 70.2) , only 30k hp each, are always in combat and you only need to do a quick tag to get loot / xp. Best place to farm with Potion of Treasure finding too, came out with 558 Emberslik cloth and 4k in gold and BOE greens / vendor greys after a few potions.

Lol i still get murdered on my mage sometimes farming cloth. So yeah. At 82-84 I would bring my pocket healer
