Yep. I also can agree its fixed. You get a deserter when you log back in.

This exploit seemed to result from a patch for fix forced hearthing. I used it to get back
to Gilneas a few weeks back, then last week discovered this when I tried it again (though
couldn't work out how to rez once dead).
