No it isn't, I did it last night with my friend. Just follow what @Rayz says:

I have found that the steps below are the most efficient way to farm dungeons:

1) Take off all gear (Make a Naked set to speed this up)
2) Enter Instance
3) Queue for BG
4) Macro 1 & Reboot WoW <--- Fresh Client
5) Die
6) Run to Boss
7) Relog <---- Logout normally with countdown timer, then login your character [no need to start a new client]
Equip Gear
9) Kill & Loot Boss
10) Take off all gear
11) Die again
12) Enter Instance
13) Leave Instance
14) Reset Instance
15) Rinse and Repeat

Steps 12 and 13 are mandatory. If you Enter Instance and Reset without leaving, the next time you do steps 1-5 you will not be a ghost on top of your body. You will be ported out of the dungeon and be at the graveyard, which messes up the entire process and creates wasted time.

I've tried this and it worked for me a few days ago, but now when i release it sends me to the GY
I enter Black Temple, sign up for BG, use the macro, when i log back in, I get the BG logo on the mini-map but when I die I get ported to the GY.. Have I missed something? :confused: Or does it no longer work in raids but works in dungeons?

Never mind I got it to work again.
I didn't do the leave / reset (part 12 and 13) when i died so that was probably it.

If we figure out a way to combine this with a method to not get saved to Raids and heroics we have to move this to elite exploits. Too epic for the masses.

Can't get this to work properly. I go into BT, queue for a BG, when it pops i use the macro and log back in. I then kill myself but when i release i get ported to the GY. I have also used the "click + alt F4" method and that doesn't seem to work either.

Leave BT. Go back in. Leave again and reset all dungeons. See what happens after that.

I did this just last night around 10PM Eastern Time (USA) to record a scene for my upcoming video... still worked like a charm.

So... was still working on US realms as of last night.
