Frost mage healing players

I searched and didn't find it. Credit goes to Bug? - Mage - Arena Junkies just posting it here.

You have to target your water elemental and set the person you want to heal on focus. You then do focus frostbolt and it heals the player.

/cast [target=focus] Frostbolt

Edit: I think if the player is in your party you don't even have to target your water elemental.

Other players have found out that you can damage unflagged enemies also. Have fun.

It works, I tested it on my mage.

After testing it I discovered that you don't even need to target the Water Elemental, you just need to focus the person you want to heal and use the macro, as long as the Water Elemental is summoned.

I got full Cataclysmic gear and on Stormwind guard it heals for 15.6k non-crit and 32.2k crit (without any procc or SP boost)

Around 17-36k depending on sp and if it crits. That's with my spell power right now

This actually works on the opposite faction in Dalaran, but instead of healing them it puts the slow.
