you can try to cycle thru servers to look for open event npc if you have your fishs.

Wow sorry about that, I only play on US and didn't realize EU only had one time zone when it came to their servers.
I've edited my first post so EU players don't get their hopes up

Works perfectly! For Booty Bay, you can gather the 40 fish in a realm that already started (Oceanic or Brazil are the first ones to start) and turn it in a realm that didn't even started it (Turned my in @11:45 server time and got the Achievement).

i can confirm this me and a friend both just got handins

the npc that you hand the fish into spawns 30 mins before the competition starts and you can hand in and get your achivement as well as when the competition offically starts he resets someone else can hand in for achievement also.

and the fish are still good and dont disapear even after multiple server changes yay for 4 hr duration

This works, and once the event starts, NPCs respawn and offer a fresh winner's quest. So in effect, you could give 2 winners per cross-realm group zone - one before the official start time and one after it.

This should work up to PST and if ya get that far without getting the shark your gonna hafta win this one legit.
Also to note, make sure the realm times in Dalaran/Booty Bay match up to what you need along with the surrounding zones you'll fish in. Some realms have different time in dala/bb than in the other zones.

thats odd as hell id be on EK belf starting zone itdbe est she was in org it was est moved to EK and it went to her local time xD lol so we hoped servers i was in durotar i was an hour behind EST and she was est while in STV lolol love the broken blizzard clocks
