Ragnaros mount drops on NHC 100%

To be honest im glad it got hotfixed. Would be stupid to see a ton of people running around with mounts like this that should be very rare.

Not to mention i just paid a guild 90k gold for the handmaiden. So yeah. Im glad they fixed this.

Yer confirmed its been stealth fixed on US servers typical I knew they wouldn't do anything about it so lucky we got 5 ppl their mounts and still a few more weeks to farm heroic.

Its a big slap in the face to all us raiders who put in the work to get the mounts when they mattered blizz dont care thats why I tried 'to make hay while the sun was shining!'

If you bothered to read the thread you would of seen that there is no blue posts about the normal version being a 100% drop chance, its just for the HC version n MoP.

Anyways, I shared this with some guildies and we managed to get them 3 mounts, but I still havent got mine QQ, it must be faith :< +rep to OP tho for good share !

I can't say for certain but as I understand it, obtaining the mount required no exploitation. The drop rate should be fixed now. Additional actions would seem unlikely.

so everyone will keep his mount!

I wouldn't be surprised if this means that when MoP goes live, the mounts will be 100% drop rates even on normal modes. How else could they possibly make this mistake other than accidentally releasing the new drop rate a bit earlier then expected.

They will not make it 100% in mists. It would make no sense as it is old content and would cause many complaints and rage threads.

Shit happens, in BC there was a bug to buy merciless pvp gear free of charge so everybody was buying it - It ended up being removed from anybody that obtained it illegitimately but why did it happen? A game developer accidentally made a mistake. It happens, I highly doubt it was intended. Chances are one of their coders put a decimal point in the wrong place or something similar.
