i'd say that depends on the sale price of the guild you sold him. if he gave you alot of gold and now feels cheated since it was leveled in a day, he is probably right in asking for a refund. my concern with this exploit isnt that people who used it get their guild rolled back, i am worried that people who buy the guilds from exploiters will be the victims of blizz's actions if they even take any.

in my opinion i would just ease his worries by saying that if anything happens to the guild within 20 days you will give him a refund. chances are slim that anything will happen since so many guilds were leveled this way, but if he reports you then he is basically screwing both of you over.

and if you sold it to him for a steal, then tell him to piss off because even if he reports you he isnt getting his gold back, and it would only increase the chance of the guild being rolled back.

Out of curiosity how much did you sell the guild for? I would tell the buyer to GTFO. Nothing can happen to you for levelling a guild by legitimately questing

I'd move the gold across 5 different accounts but first trade it to legit players or trade/give all of it to a legit guild... Fire with fire. Then tell him to **** off.

eBay. Just don't label it as a WoW guild.

I sold a 25 guild way before any of these exploits for a good amount of cash. Plan to do it again with the two I just got to 25.
