    Still not fixed, tried it on my lvl 13 disc priest. Healing 1.5k non-crit with FoL and 3k crits with FoL lol. Without proc it heals for 500 noncrit, have yet to get into a BG to try dmg spells but Im sure I will be hurting some poor souls

    EDIT: Just tested in WSG. Shadow Word: Pain tics for 270 with proc. Penance hits crit for 700 and Power Word: Shield absorbs 1.9k with proc, 772 without

    EDIT 2: There was just an server/instance restart(not sure) on EU, Still works after this

    IT does work with 580 Int enchant since now. EU , but 1k AP doesnt work, and neither can I find 450 AP enchant anywhere anymore.

    The 450 AP chant is replaced with 1000 AP when you get tailoring to 500, iirc.
