Gurthalak+ Unholy Blight (DK) Tentacle fun time

Something to do with Unholy blight, blood boil, and D&D, when attacking multiple mobs will cause an insane about of Gurthalak tentacles to spawn, best place to test it and play with it is in Onyxia's Lair with all the whelps.

Can confirm this. I was doing Onyxia today and i got like 10 tentacles by spamming blood boil.

This is actually working as intended. It just wasn't prevalent before because DKs didn't have such a aoe bomb as they do now. Bladestorm from warriors will also cause a mass of tentacles with sweeping strikes pre this patch.
Trick if anything.

Just tested this.. inside ICC (i was already locked for onyxia) i pulled 2 packs of 10 mobs in total and boom! 5.8mil dmg with 140k dps (14 tentacles spawned)

Confirming this, Did a few stonecore runs, and just using HB i got tons of tentacles !
