Escape worgen starting zone NEW 4.3.4

Delete your hearthstone and run back and behind to the carts in the corner of the area you start in, then use the character stuck (the carts are in the back LEFT HAND SIDE from the way you're facing when you spawn.
res and run over the staires and past the cannons, towards the river, jump down BEHIND THE WALL.
follow the river and then jump down and run t the lighthouse, Swim out to it, and then around the tallest protruding rock, swim straight until you hit the fatigue zone and then head towards the other side of the gilnean wall. (you're swimming around an invisable barrier)
Now run down the coast, and keep going until you leave the gilneas general/lfg chats. Use the unstuck feature again, this time dont release your spirit.
Hit logout, and wait until 1 second, Then release your spirit. Log back in, and you'll be in westfall. Congrats

Gilnean escaping and the mastiff collar

Some new information about Gilnean escaping and the mastiff collar you can take with you from the shadows quest:

WizardTrokair's method works, but only for phase one of Gilneas. When you get to the questlines where the scourge arrive,
the invisible wall extends right across the sea. It appears to be impassable, as none of the usual tricks (DM tiger etc) can be
accessed by a fresh worgen. This is important if you are, say, trying to smuggle quest objects out, or exploit the potential
FP glitch opportunities in the latter quests.

You cannot hearth back into Gilneas, you just remain where you are with a hearth cooldown.

As of now, 20/08/2012 you are a worgen with full racials on entry into Gilneas.

If you smuggle out the mastiff collar, the dog is almost useless because it is in default passive mode and often fails to respond
before you've killed something or been killed. This can be solved by making macros.

First, get the pet commands, click on your spellbook when you have your dog out, the third tab should be "pet". If you click on that you
get a list of pet commands...Follow...Move To...Stay etc. You could just click on them to get your dog to act, but it is impractical
to do that with the spellbook open, and you can't copy the icons onto your dog's or your own toolbar.

To solve this problem, press escape and click on macros, click on "New" at the bottom and right out the command /petACTION.
ACTION is whatever command you want to make an icon from. So, for example, /petattack, /petstay. Name the icon and give
it a picture. Click on save and pull the icon you've created down to your toolbar. You should now be able to control your dog easily.

The dog is not a game-changer by itself. It does a small fraction of your dps depending on your class, though, say, a 5% increase is
well worth having. In PVP I notice that its main value is that people waste time trying to kill it when it should be ignored for all
practical purposes. One thing it is good for is keeping rogues in combat and unstealthed.
The dog makes for marginally faster levelling, an increase of around 5-10% with practice.

This used to be cool when you could use it to have human druids and so on.

JC... this method of escape is a repost for OwnedCore, as Snyth pointed out above. There is detailed video posted in the old thread that he linked. Specifically check out video #6. Nothing has changed.

Are you serious? This way has been found "years" ago by a KotS member and published in patch 4.0 - Actually I can't believe that you did not notice the publicity of it since there are so many threads, videos, posts... on various forums & others...

Actually I'm just astonished that blizz hasn't fixed this yet xD

Would be more interesting to get other races in there!

I said you can't hearth back. I didn't offer an opinion on other non-standard methods.
