Reset mass summon cooldown

To reset mass summon, you just need to leave the guild and get re-invited. You don't lose guild rep.

he probably just assumed that since you lose the spell when you get kicked or leave that regaining the spell will result in the cooldown being reset.

isn't there a rule about posting theories here?
