Funny story about the Master Angler quest. I was planning on doing this and had the quest ready in my log, so I started the tourney in no hurry to be first to test this out. Turns out in the end I accidentally won it legitimately on my level 20!

Didnt work, had the quest, 40 fish, the completed quest icon was on the mini map but there was no option to complete the quest, still said the same someone else has won better luck next week.
