keep Fandral's Flamescythe buff without staff equiped for whole time

I know that maybe ppl know it but i have never tried it before until now (when i was clearing bank before MoP).
Simply the bug is that u donot need to wear fandral's staff to keep buff.
1. Equip Fandral's staff
2. autoatack something
3. change weapon
4. keep combat

Its usefull mainly for raids where u got combat for whole fight and so keep fire cat for whole fight and its good reason to save this staff to MoP and be still "usefull" at leas visually :-)

last time i checked the buff was gone in the second i changed the weapon

I never thought that was an exploit to actually talk about it but yeah since I do that too I understand what he is talking about, you can start a fight in Cat form with Fandral's Staff and it will turn you into fire kitty form...Once you get that fire kitty form you can switch to your reg staff for my case the heroic Madness polearm and keep the fire kitty form till the boss dies since you lose the visual once you get out of combat.
