Past BG barriers before the BG begins.

Well not much to this. Basically the barriers (eg: the gates in WSG and the bubble in eots) are the last thing to load once you enter a BG. By causing your wow to lag (max all your settings out if you have a bad pc like myself) these barriers dont load in time and you can hop skip on past em before they do load.

My pc is so bad i have all my settings down to minimum to do this.

I've done this a lot in arenas as a rogue, pretty handy if you have a semi-slow pc. Doesn't work all the time though

Damn! I posted this same thread but with a more easy and fool proof method. If you're a mage use blink, if goblin use boots, if eng use boost. It will work more often than spamming the W key. People think this is a useless glitch but I tell you, that is not true.
