free healing in any PvP contest, ARENA too (Rogues only)

Fairly sure that you cannot change gear in Arena, or it's coming in 2.2.

Warriors/rogues/huntards used to switch gear to high resistances after seeing their oppenants, plus this.

Just make a macro to shift equipment when u are stealthed:

Sintax:

Equip to default slot:

/equip ObjName

Equip to choosen slot:

8 is Feet

19 is Tabard
20 is Ammo slot.

cloth peices 'of spirit' are dropped by the chests we all farm :P

wouldint think that you could do that...

as soon as you take your gear off your health will downgrade to its base health
eg: gear with cloth = 6k, take it off then you get 3k, put your other gear back on
you still have 3k health but a max of like 12k ...

Haha, if you put them on and someone attacked ud get raped ..but if you used sprint and as you run put on ur armor, drink a pot turn around and raped them right back it wouldnt be such a bad idea..but the clothes may take up alot of space

ROFL, if you can take the time in a BG/Arena/Whatever to swap gear to stealth and ****in sit around, you sure as hell can take the time to eat/stealth.
Sometimes I seriously wonder what ppl are thinking when they post shit like this.
And if your stealth was broken (whilst sitting around in full cloth spirit gear) you'd get instantly raped, a rogue with 400hp, 200 spirit, and 0% crit is a dead rogue.

This 'shit' is some u can do after saving your ass in corner with a vanish WITHOUT become visible as for food and bandages. Many rogues are combat specced and human so the remain visible for 8 long seconds after destealth.

Swap gear with a macro takes about 2/10 of second... and with 400hp left u'll be raped in plate too... what u are thinking about mate? :'D

No way to get a decent spirit value if u go for stamina too u can heal about 1200 hp/10" for a maximum of about 6500 hp.

i dunno if you get only items "etc of Spirit" you might get pretty good amount, but i won't risk switching gear in arenas ^^

if you are a murder rogue (all damage, no HP) like my 10-19 twink, this would work perfect, in fact it does. i have stam enchants just applied to all the gear, normaly 1.6k HP in full leather, 1.5k in cloth.

if you can afford it, it's more then worth it. you could even wear all stam leather and put spirit enchants, which is what my weapons are. so if you mix it up, this is an amazing idea.

i use it after killing a flag carrier (my only job) then dissapear and heal. my macro is set up to stealth, wait, equip. and my ambush is equip wait ambush.

ya just buy yourself some mail spirit armor (who cares if they cost shit) and enchant it with spirit a litle and get urself some scrolls and potions and ur F*cken done!

can't eat normal food in arenas...
there's pvp water but not food, not sure about mage food, think you can eat that.
