First of all

Disconnect-Macro:
/script PickUpItem(22736)
/script PlaceAction(1)

The only difference since 4.2 is that now you gotta cast your mount & use the dc-macro in the end & relog in, instead of just jumping.
Remember to use your flying mount, once u have logged in again just fly a bit up, in then there u go!


Things worth mentioning
First go under SW, then fly to Raven Hill in Duskwood.
