Tested Sunken Temple Mace with my Shaman ( 12k Life Leech Proc)
Weapon has 1 Proc per minute
NoKaled Procced 6 Times in 1 minute

so at Maxlevel as an Enhancer => not really interresting
maybe on Lowlevel PvP (lvl 60,70 with enough Spellpower)
