Firstly you need 2 accounts or just a friend in the same guild with guild invite privileges. Have account 1 withdraw everything it can, gquit have account 2 reinv account 1. Account 1 withdraw limit will be reset and then withdraw on account 2, gquit and get reinvited, rinse and repeat.

Also, bob has left the guild, bob has joined the guild, bob has left the guild, bob has joined the guild, ect... would get very suspicious :P

So unless you are in small guild and sometimes you are only one on this is very dumb thing to do. But still good job trying to contribute!
