Alright so all you need to get the achievement is a disc priest friend. Simply have him stand in the middle of the bullseye and when you fly over the ring he will Leap of Faith you into the center. You will actually hit the water before the spell goes off but you still get the achievement. Happy Darkmoon Faire week!
