I got saved in OS3D 25 man. Trying TK now, reporting back.
EDIT: I got saved for TK aswell. EU Realm.

There might be something to this. I wasn't getting saved to random heroics for a few days after the patch hit which I used for Anzu runs. However, it seems to have quit. US Server. Either it is a random thing that isn't consistent or it got fixed.

Sethekk is a 1 day cooldown, not 1 week.

Well it might not work in raid instanes but apparently somehow work in LFD when you not kill last boss.

I say it this way: Been in End of Time random, left after 1st boss. Then i was still able to select it from Specific Dungeons list and que for it again. Then i left before Murozond pull and still im not saved for it.

You don't seem to get saved to instances when queuing randomly anymore. I think this might be intended. It also seems to re-queue you to an instance you have been in but not completed. If you need loot from the first boss in Well of Eternity you just queue randomly until you get it, then leave after the first boss and re-queue. It will, in all cases I have tried, let you into the same instance again. You will also not get a deserter penalty as you have killed one boss.
