Reset CDs before fight to use them twice in a row

This is quite simple but requires couple minutes and some group co-operation (in some cases may have benefit in soloing too).

a) Pop all your cooldowns while in a city and immediately logout to char screen (use /logout macro, closing wow doesn't work)
b) Wait until your CDs are ready again, like 2-3 mins, and then log back in
c) Get summoned in front of boss and you can start the fight with extended buff durations, >1 minute Metamorphosis if you're a demo warlock, etc.

- can be used also to use several different potions at the same time
- long duration buffs like Metamorphosis might work even if you logout inside instance, but then you'll lose more than 20 sec from them
- if you're doing this you may want to grab couple extra buffs too like Curse of the shattered hand and Feltaint

Useful, but not at all practical as there is too much waiting around.
However, I'll still give him 1 rep for trying

Obviously you wouldn't use this kind of thing all the time, but it's still a significant boost and 3 mins of waiting is nothing for people in hardcore guilds trying to squeeze max performance to get server firsts or for getting a top dps ranking.

The only problem with this is that it's considered an exploit, else all top guilds would be using it. Well sometimes they do use exploits, and not get away with it, as we've seen lately.
