Steps:
1. Use Pygmy Oil 5-10 times and get the buff.

2. Log off.
3. ???
4. Profit!

Old. You can try it with [Kalytha's Haunted Locket] too. Use [Kalytha's Haunted Locket] logout and tada look in the Amory, wow u r a female

I did this a couple weeks ago, it also works with Iron Boot Flask if you play a female character and log out with the buff active for the other way around.

I remember back in the day of using Dartol's Rod of Transformation and Savory Deviate Delight to become female. This sort of thing makes me laugh - it's fun to mess with people on occassion like this. Nifty find.
