Cross Realm Raiding 4.2.0 (feedback needed)

My friends transferred to another Realm and as of the news 4.3 Preview I wanted to raid MC.
Honestly I'll just keep this simple.
This is how you do it, Invite a friend on your own realm and convert to raid. Step into any raid you wish to 3/4/5 man. Once inside the raid convert the raid
back to group.
Now Invite two people from a different realm. Make one of them leader. (these two should be standing outside the portal on their realm) The now new leader on the other realm should kick the two original group members, convert the group to raid and enter. Then convert back to group and re invite the two original group members. Now you should be in the same raid.

As I haven't tried this since 4.2.0 please remove the post if invalid.

Yes it's an option you have if you right click your avatar up to the left (If you are leader)

What is the purpose of this step? Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems redundant and a long way of performing 'Raiding' Crossrealm (capped with 4RealID Friends)

Actually it works,
but only with a party of 5.
Unable to convert to raid with a party of xrealm in group.
