Don't take this as asking for rep, just a question. Is it normal to get 2k+ views and less than 20 rep for a working, useful exploit?

Not hearing any sounds when a BG queue pops. Do you need some special sound setting on?
Pigpoo//Sleep~Away:
One day I try to get it on, nothing happens
Tried this multiple times now, Tarren Mill - EU, and it doesn't work at all. Got a couple of clicks and it was IoC, followed by about 12 clicks in 10 seconds and it was Twin Peaks.
Allright I tried some random bg's to see if this is working: Every time i waited till the time to join the bg was 1 minute left.(Thats around 25 seconds of waiting for clicks)
0 clicks - SotA In Progress
1 click - SotA In Progress/BoGN In Progress/AV In Progress
4 clicks - IoC starting x2
5 clicks - AV starting
6 clicks - WSG starting
7 clicks - IoC starting
9 clicks - EotS starting
10-15 clicks(lost count cause of dubbleclicks etc - Sota Starting
At least the 0-1 clicks are pretty obvious lose-battles, playing alliance all battles in progress we were behind.
As for the others.. i find the 4-9 clicks a bit random.. It might be due of people leaving the first que? Since those joins were mostly with 1:10-1:15 till battle.
The 9 clicks EotS and the 10-15 clicks SotA were with more than 1:25 starting..
This might be pure luck or randomness.
At least ill rep him for the finding of this, just the fact that I wont join already lost bg's is a bit of a Win to me!
I dont know if it is actually that because I have tried it a few times and multiple times i've heard only 8 clicks or so and its been AV or IoC ... Possibly its only people in your battle group and now with the battlegroup sharing it doesn't work or something ? But I wouldn't rely on this 100% of the time.
I for example won't give rep to you because of this :
It's really nice of you to give credit where it goes but i don't see why i should +rep you for something that you didn't find.I give credit for the find to Ariesmet.
on topic : going to try this, sounds really weird :/
I assume that if you only hear a few clicks or so, and get to a soon starting BG, it's because someone didn't accept the queue and there was, like, a few spots left unfilled. Same with the BG's in progress.
No i would suggest option 2 and don't give a sh*t about rep.
Is it so hard ?
Rep system doesn't give you money nor makes you a superstar therefore you shouldn't want to get as many as possible and be happy with the 20 you recieved with this post.
Are you that much of a rep whore ? You should share because you want to share, not because you can gain rep by doing it.

Well I did do option two. And I did it in the other thread I just posted. Define hard. It certainly is frustrating to know that potentially 2,000+ users will enjoy this exploit but only 10-15 can take the time to click +rep. It's about forum courtesy and culture, which I think many are lacking. I didn't complain that I didn't get rep. I inquired about the culture on this forum, and if it should be expected in future threads.
But thank you for your opinion NanaCry.
1st thought...views =/= users. I've viewed this thread at least 10 times myself. 2000+ views could be potentially 200 users.
2nd thought... 200 users viewed the thread... perhaps only 20 found it useful? 10% return is about the average for anything, anywhere, IMO... not just message boards.
Just my $0.02
(PS - I personally didn't find it useful, as I do not PVP at all.)
20 rep is a ton for a single thread, don't go getting your panties in a twist. Acting like an ******* because you didn't get a massive amount of rep for 1 thread that you didn't even find yourself is not ok, when others here work 10x harder finding something and writing up a guide with pictures and everything and all they get is 10 rep sometimes. Go take a look at other threads, that's just the way it is. Don't be mad because your boss doesn't pay you for your job when someone else did it for you.
@ WizardTrokair
I had assumed that views equaled unique users. How can you tell how many visitors viewed the thread for future reference?
I didn't get my panties in a twist. Is that not clear in my language? That's a shame that other posters do not get more rep as well. They should most definitely. I question whether there is enough emphasis on repping by moderators. There isn't a +rep button. It's a small star that perhaps would be used more often if it was more visible. As well, if there were some kind of text at the top of each thread to the extent "if you found this post helpful, be sure to +rep the OP". That way the OP doesn't have to explicitly state "rep me if you found this useful" making it look like they are asking for rep.
And on to the comment about my personal life (of which you, a random internet user know nothing about): I encourage you to examine your communication skills. Though this may be an online forum, but behavior here can influence your behavior in real life dealings where the consequences for your comments may be more critical.
