Skip Alyzrazor.

When you collect the feathers as soon as Alysrazor is pulled you can fly over Balerocs gate to the other side. If you carry a warlock you can play with the trash there as well.

Simple,
1) Pull Alysrazor
2) Alyzrazor drops feathers, pick up 3
3) You basicly use the flying buff to fly over and land next to the trash on the other side of Balerocs gate.

Is this a theory, or have you tested it? Me and some guild mates tried to fly over there on one of our wipes, last week, just for fun and there was an invisible wall stopping us.

Balerocs gates opens after Shannox's kill... I think if you can't beat Shannox, then it nothing to do on Baleroc...

I've tried it, i saved some screenshots but i don't think its going to prove anything. Since its just me and a friend kinda on the other side of the balerocs gate goign toward Domo. We killed Baleroc. I noticed that this was alittle vague so let me try this again. I'll head back there when I can and fly out there and try to get some better screenshots of actually flying over there. Right now its down and I thought I'd check out this site and blah. Can't rightnow.

Kill Shannox and Baleroc. Pull Alys. Grab the 3 feathers and fly over to the other side. Since you have to have Beth/Alyz/Rhy down to get to Domo you can get to his trash simply by flying over. Take a warlock and you can summon people.

Con to this method is if you guys wipe without wipe protection then your going to have to fly back over there. :-p

You can kill Baleroc before Alysrazor normally, but if you make it to Majordomos area before clearing 5/7 and activating the bridge Majordomo will not be there. You can rocketboot jump over from Alysrazors volcano to the Majordomo and test for yourself, but as far as you can go is the big sentry elemental in Ragnaros's hallway (with an unpassable solid flame wall behind him). The double-magmaw pull is up, but I couldn't see far enough if Rag was active.

Not an exploit, not even a bug.

Once Shannox spawns, Baleroc's gates open. If you've been in a decent reputation farm group you should know this.



Although, something it might work for is:

Baleroc's gate now despawns properly when he resets.

If you can pull him with Alysrazor's Feather (or sending a pet through the gate) it might cause his gate to despawn without having to spawn Shannox.

But I digress.

J600 that boss is overtuned in 10m. where Beth, Shan, Ryo, Bale are all easy, and majordomo looks easy, Alex is a tough fight for people just starting out in firelands, who diddnt get 13/13 and full heroic epix last tier.
