Non-flying flying mounts in bgs

So, I might be slow/retarded or something, but today when I did some bgs I noticed that I could actually mount my biggass dragon inside of every bg. Not 100% sure about the use for this, and it might even be known already, but it's hilarious and it allows you to cover the flagcarrier by running ontop of him.

A guildie of mine was able to run around in Firelands on a Hippogriff as well. Think this is an intended change and not an exploit.

I was doing random bgs before and I could run around on my gryph but not my dragon

this is something blizzard changed in 4.2 from now on all windriders gryphons and hippogryphs can be used as ground mount in non flying areas

some time ago blizzard stated they wanted to change more flying mounts to be flying and non flying so this is just the beginning
