try it like 5 times, but it stops to spinn after the teleport to stormwind from goldhain..

Not working for me. I did this last year, and for some reason i had trouble even being able to keep the whirl while hearthing. The few times i got it to work, after i ported it stopped after about 3-4 seconds.

If you did somehow get this to work, please say what continent you're on, and any small details you did differently

doesn't work anymore, spinning goes away after hearth/port or whatever

Still works, doing in pandaria, the one near shrine.

Remember, if you change continents it stops working, or go through an instance portal.

Twisted, I have to correct you - its an old post, yeah, but its still work in pandaria only^^

It works as long as you don't
- zone between continents
- zone into an instance or battleground or arena
- return to another (or possibly the same) fire pole

I can try and make a video for proof if people still don't trust that it works.

I press my mount, right click three times on half-cast, and move before mounting. My weapons points backwards like expected and I'm mounted. I hearthstone and I spin maybe half of a rotation, and go back to Shrine (Where my Hearthstone is set to - From Mogu'shan Palace entrance place) but no luck. Without proof of date and a video this is no longer working.

1. I stand where you see in this next picture, i start to mount and i click a few times.

2. AFTER i finish mounting, i move to this location and wait a second.

Okay this still works anywhere as of 6/28/13
Even easier way is stay in one spot mount up and click if you get buff without the graphic dismount then mount up and either use port or hearthstone

The time spent on here and ur usual pornsites, could of been spent leveling that toon. not worrying about a 10% buff. also.. how hard is it to just travel back everyhour.....
I'm seriously shocked that this post has gone on for so long! As if blizz hasn't made leveling easy enough.....
