You will need orb of the sin'dorei, burgy blackheart's handsome hat and sandstone drake.
Step 1: Equip Burgy's Hat
Step 2: Use Orb
Step 3: Mount on Drake
Step 4: logout
Step 5: Login
Step 6: Success!

Note: This may only work for specific genders and races.

Edit: To clarify i play a fem worgen i have no idea if it works on any other races or genders. It can also work occasionally without Burgy's hat.

If you unequip your Burgy hat after relogging, your untextured BE will weave a Sandstone Drake around, quite hilarious.

for night elf I got a different bug, when I logged back in I was burgy sitting on the sandstone drake

j600 is right, cant get it to work with a nightelf, sadly.

If you unequip the hat while beeing burgy sitting on the drake, you will be a drake on a drake. (Clientside)

I tried the exploit with each of the following:
Wisp Amulet, Blessing of the Old God, Bones of Transformation, Rituals of the New Moon, Super Simian Sphere, Kalytha's Haunted Locket, Time-Lost Figurine, Muradin's Favor, Orb of Deception, Orb of the Sin'dorei, Iron Boot Flask, Potion of Illusion, Darkspear Pride, and Savory Deviate Delight.

None of them worked, or I was unable to mount due to the form, but the Orb of the Sin'dorei does as the op said.

Kalytha's Haunted Locket, Muradin's Favor, Orb of Deception, Potion of Illusion, Darkspear Pride, and Savory Deviate Delight all resulted in burgy being mounted on the drake when I logged back in. With removal of the hat I am a drake mounted on a drake, and after asking friends it isn't only client side.

From Potion of Illusion I was able to mount as a BE Female (which I am before using it), but no other horde race. When I used the potion when I wasn't near anyone, no matter what race I got, I was able to mount, but it resulted in the same result with burgy mounted when I came back online.
