Getting Gladiator title with 2200 experience

This method is very easy to do.

Concept: Play with friends who are very low MMR.
In the first Screenshot you can see 2 of the players on the winning team have MMRs below 1000, while the 3rd has one well over 3800. The other two screenshots show generally the same thing. 1 High MMR player and 2 low MMR players.

Making this work:

1) Find 2 other people willing to do this.
2) Create a team for your character with friends alts who may be undergeared but have very low MMRs.
2.5) If your alts have higher MMRs just join a team and go 0-20 or whatever it takes to drop your MMR tremendously.
3) Start playing games, if you are even remotely skilled you should be able to go 40-2, 50-5 and your teammate that is being boosteds MMR will SKYROCKET with every win.
4) Once you've complete steps 2-3 with all of your teammates, all that remains is to form a new team and begin playing.

Likely since your MMRs may be well over 3500 you will play some very good teams, but if you can attain even a 40-50% win rate you'll easily get to 2800+ team rating.

And the point of this would be what exactly? This would just put the low rating characters against people who are way better geared then them. Also this isn't an exploit...

This is an MMR exploit. The point is to get your main characters MMR so high that you get huge points for any wins you get, and you get high ratings with not very many games played.

Three people do that then form a team, so they all have very high MMR. Then they queue at off times so they play lower rated teams which they beat, and get tons of points for beating lower MMR teams.

Normalized mmr you will play around 1800 teams if they are 2.1k+. Their mmr will go up 30-40 per win or more (right now legit playing 5's our highest mmr player is 2500, and still gets 30 points per win against 1900 teams, our team rating is 2200 the rest of our mmr is around 2100) By the time we hit glad our rogue will probably be around 3300 mmr or so since we need another 300 team rating or so.

So if you play with two scrubs and win (lets say its tripple dps), you can get to 2900+ mmr easily... nearly any tripple dps team can get to 2200 in pre 2200 gear.

Without 100% certainty I would have to say no, it isn't bannable. If you were reported and tons of other people also do this Blizz may remove titles. As long as you don't go for rank 1 with 50games played you should be fine.

I am trying this right now in 2v2 but it isnt working very good.
My MMR is 3000 and my partners MMR is 1000. We face people around 2000. When we win I only recieve 5-10 rating and when I lose I lose 5-10 rating. Could someone tell me what we are doing wrong please?

Seems like its working to me if your MMR is 3000. Could try lowering your partners MMR more.

Actually this works really well in Rated BGs too... What we have been doing as a guild is boosting people to 2400... for HWL titles.... It's actually really easy. What we do is have all the people in guild who now have their titles tank their MMR by making RBG teams and just leaving the games and taking losses. At peak times you can get ques instant to 1-2 minutes apart... so an hour of MMR tanking will drop you fast. Then, we have the guys who let's say are at around 1800+ rating already or even 2200... Usually we'll have 5-6 guys who have tanked their MMR to 1000-1200 MMR or so... AND, since we'll have 4-5 guys at 2200 rating or so, this averages out to be like 1500-1700 MMR team rating... In other words, we start playing crap teams, cause honestly, in RBGS, you only start facing good teams at like 2200+ RBG rating. So, even though all of us play at a 2k+ skill level, we are forcing the game to que us against lower MMR teams, allowing us to boost 3-5 people at a time. Wins only grant 8-15 pts a game, but it's a super easy way to boost your MMR...

It's really not hard to do and this is EXACTLY what the OP is doing just in Arena. He is right it works very well. Also, people are so happy to get their HWL title they almost feel obligated to help other guildies so they put in the effort to tank their MMR too... so awesome of them =p

Sounds really nice but I'm still not 100% sure, that I got it all right.
For example: I have a Team with 3 people, who all have an average MMR of 2,5k, then we invite some 4th person to this team (seems that it doesn't matter, who that person is) and now start queueing and lose every match by purpose until at least the 2 guys from the original team have a MMR of about 700. Then we start queueing with our original team again and get enemies at 2k rating, maybe even lower and for a win we ALL get high increases of personal AND teamrating? And this is even doable until 3,2k? Sounds too ridiculous to be true
So, if there wouldn't be any disadvantages for the 2 people with the low MMR I would definately try this. Please confirm if I got all the information right and nothing mixed up
