Extra Winterspring / Tol Barad dailies a day

I did a few searches here and couldn't find anything on this, so here we go.

Over the past few weeks of grinding Tol Barad and Winterspring cub dailies, I noticed something interesting. The time that random dailies change and reset are different. More specifically, despite the dailies resetting at 4am server the random dailies change over at 3am.

This means that you can do a daily quest, get the reward and at 3am do the daily for the next day BEFORE the reset, meaning you can do it again in an hour as well.

There are a couple of restrictions to this. One, you only have an hour to do the new daily before the reset, and two, if the quest it changes to happens to be the same as before, it'll still count as you having done it.

With this, you can get your Winterspring mount 75% faster, get a few extra tokens in TB a day, or who knows what else. Enjoy your faster whisker grind

Both times i grinded the mount it were never dailys, just repeatable quests

In patch 4.1, they changed the means to get the Wintersaber mount from a grind to a set of daily quests needing to be done over 20 days to be more in line the the Horde's equivalent mount.

Confirmed to work with Winterspring daily on EU.

Did the 'let kitty pounce 5 snow piles' at around 2:00, logged out and back in at 3:09, a different daily was available (gather and feed 6 meats from cages in winterfall village).

Now waiting for 4:00 to see if the normal reset is affected by doing this.

Edit: Nope, it's not affected, there is a new daily for you again at 4:00 (the same as you got between 3:00 and 4:00 for me, I think this happens 100% of the time)

So +Rep for finding this, it will shorten my days till mount by half B-)

As for Tol Barad, the daily quests change every 3-4 hours - has been like that since 4.0.3 and it's intended.

Its intended for you to be able to do the winterspring dailies in 10 days instead of 20? Or for you to do a particular quest from a set of dailies 2 times a day? May I ask why you're saying this, because it seems pretty unintended to me, and I couldn't find anything saying otherwise.

Also, The Tol Barad quests I was referring to were the ones on the Peninsula, not the place with Baradin hold

Done this the past couple of days gonna tell ya what happened maybe clear somethings up

1) I did all my TB dailies ( Even in pvp place BH )
2) 3 am Server time i was able to pick up 2 more in TB went to BH n picked up 3
3) Did all 5 of em and turned them in b4 4 am server time
4) 4am server time ALL dailies reset allowing me to do the full 12

total dailies 17 for that day
