Guild mounts cross faction

So I am in a Lvl 25 guild on ally side. I noticed that the guild mounts were Battle.net acccount bound so I sent one to my horde toon I recently decided to roll and discovered that not only could I send it but it was transformed into the scorpion mount and I didnt require a certain rep to use it either. Cheers

Edit: The horde guild i am in is NOT lvl 25.

Not an exploit, meant to be this way.

- It's BoA so you only have to be excalted on one of your characters;
- 4.1 Patchnotes contained a line called "Mailing account-bound items to characters of the opposite faction on the same Battle.net account will now correctly translate faction-specific items to their appropriate equivalent."

I bought 2 of the lions last night as soon as my guild hit lvl25 and mailed one to my horde toon. In the mail it said it was a lion, in my bags it said it was a lion, but once I learned it I had a nice new scorpion for my lvl80 unguilded paladin.

Still, it's very nice. Working to get the excalted rep to give my lvl 29 mage a scorpion :P
