Make player can't join guild.

One of my friend meet this bug, His alts doesn't join any guild, one time he help an guy in Org with sign on the guild charter. And that guy never turn it in and start the guild. Now when his alts want join our guild, It failed , system tell him he has an guild, and when he input /gquit, there is no use. He ask GM, GM told him he has an guild and suggest him to find that guy.

I doesn't check it myself. So it may be wrong. Just FYI.

To fix this bug, buy a charter get 5 people to sign it and then gquit.

Me and my friend tried this before the server went down this morning , doesn't work. He was able to join a guild even after signin guild charter.

a GM telling your friend to try to find the guy ? lol this seems very unlikely

If people join a guild but have signed a charter, it takes them off the charter.
