This is pure spamming, practicly same as you would do /yell LALALA repeately, so ofcourse it's bannable if you do it on a public place.

Slightly less spammy way to get almost same sound effect is using only numbers between 155 and 166, but it still fills up chatbox with too much carbage. Btw. there are also more emotes beyond number 170.

Can someone explain what's so exiting about getting reported for spamming? You can get exactly same result by spamming /yell something or few other ways, both equally annoying and tarded.
