Here you go. If you see a link with "source" written over it, that might be it.

When players queue as a group with a tank or a healer, and the tank or healer drops group (or is kicked) within the first 5 minutes, all of the other players who queued with them are removed from the group as well.source

And why sometimes you can quit without any kick of your party members you tagged in

That's called a bug. Nothing to do with your topic tho since it works AGAINST your theory

And this feature is totaly stupid and very anoying with or without any bug inside.

The fact that it contains bugs are not really important if they don't help out players in any way, neither does it make this topic's existence justified
