OP Commanding Shout in Redrige

I was finishing up my quests in Redrige Mountains and came across one of the finishing quests. It's called 'Showdown at Stonewatch' and you're being escorted by five npc's. One of them casts a commanding shout that boosts your HP with 2500. At level 24 this is extremely cool. It puts me at about 3500HP.

I tried queuing for a battleground to see if it followed me in there and so it did. The downside is that it only lasts for 2 minutes. But it's two extremely funny minutes.

If you lose the buff, just stand around and the npc will rebuff it in a short while.

I'm using this while grinding some xp through battlegrounds.

Even though you would get instant bg, that is already started you would still use 30 secs to find enemys maybe even 1 min.

I que up and when the invite comes to a random BG I wait till the last 10 seconds on the timer before the invite goes away. Then I attack a mob with the group and I get buffed. But yea, a lot of the buff goes away with waiting and finding enemies. I've been lucky sometimes and landed in the middle of a big fight.
